Yes, absolutely. Paige is fully PHIPA & CRPO compliant with end-to-end encryption, secure data transmission, and comprehensive audit logging. We never store audio recordings permanently and all data is encrypted at rest.

Which therapy platforms are supported?

We currently support SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, TheraNest, and other major platforms. Our Chrome extension automatically detects your platform and adapts accordingly.

Platform Support

Can I view transcripts in real-time during sessions?

No, for privacy and therapeutic best practices, transcripts are only available after session completion. This allows you to focus fully on your client during the session.

How accurate is the AI transcription?

Our AI achieves 95%+ accuracy for clear speech in English. Accuracy may vary based on audio quality, background noise, and speaking patterns. You can always edit and refine the generated notes.

What happens if I exceed my session limit?

Free accounts are limited to 10 sessions per month. Pro accounts have unlimited sessions. If you exceed your limit, you can upgrade to Pro or wait for your limit to reset next month.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to Settings > Billing and click "Upgrade to Pro". You can pay monthly ($29) and cancel anytime. All upgrades are processed securely through Stripe.

Make sure the extension is enabled and has necessary permissions. Try refreshing the therapy platform page or restarting your browser.

Audio not being captured

Check microphone permissions and audio input settings.

Notes not generating properly

This may be due to poor audio quality or session length.

  1. Ensure clear audio with minimal background noise
  2. Check that session is at least 2 minutes long
  3. Verify your subscription allows note generation
